Airflow Measurement Services - One stop shop for your airflow service
CCDI provides airflow measurement service of turbine engine blades, vanes (nozzles), shrouds, manifolds, combustors and vane segments, which many of our competitors cannot provide. If you do not have a fixture to test, we will build the fixture or tooling necessary for specific requirements for purchase or on a cost-sharing plan. We provide a cost-efficient reason to bid jobs, which would otherwise be passed on. Our 5,200 Gallon Air Tank Farm can supply air to parts that are nearly impossible to flow in a regular shop. CCDI creates the custom fixture, produces the required seals for testing and provides the flow service.
