CCDI creates custom airflow fixtures for almost any turbine part or component to work with our EFA and Mass Airflow machines or our competitors.  Occasionally we can work with drawings, however to insure a perfect match the first time please send us your part.  Our Fixturing department also has the ability to mold almost any type of seal for your fixture. We have created hundreds of custom solutions.  CCDI is your one stop airflow shop for Airflow Test Systems, custom Airflow fixtures/molds and Airflow testing.  Poured seals available in Silicone or Urethane.

FIXTURE CONTROL LANGUAGE

CCDI has developed Fixture Control Language "FCL", a command set within the Mass Airflow Software that can communicate to the fixture/tooling and command actuators and valves effectively bringing real automation to Airflow Testing.
FCL is also used to communicate to our "Port Expander", which allows a single flow port to expand up to seven flow ports.  The Port Expander in available in several sizes.
